Description
This purple Tomatillo is sweeter than the green types. It can be eaten straight from the plant. The sweet and sour taste makes the tomatillo popular in many Mexican dishes, both raw and cooked. Tomatillo Purple often adds a nice colour to salsas, gazpachos and guacamoles. Fruits grow to around 2.5 - 5 cm in diameter. Harvest: 70 days after repotting.
Name: Tomatillo Purple
