Description
A hot chili pepper from Târgu Mureș in Romania, located in the heart of Transylvania – a region that also gained fame through Bram Stoker’s Dracula. The peppers are similar in shape and size to a Serrano, but dry much faster thanks to their thin fruit walls. This makes them perfect for producing aromatic chili flakes or powder.
Name: Targu Mures
