Description
Nora peppers are cultivated in the Spanish Valencia region of Guardamar. Nora chili's are very popular in Spain, where they are used as a powder called Pimenton. This powder is used in all sorts of dishes like stews, paella and soup, has a mild spicy flavour and gives the dish a typical red color. The plant grows up to 60 centimeters in height, the fruits ripen to a deep dark red colour. Perfect for making chili powder and for adding a typical Spanish flavour to dishes!
