Description
Mulato Isleno is similar in size to the Ancho, but is slightly longer and flatter. It tastes slightly sweeter. The peppers colour from green to dark chocolate brown after about 85 to 95 days. The plants will grow to 80 cm in height. The peppers can be used in both the immature and the mature stage. Excellent for salsa, roasting and stuffing. One of the essential chili peppers for Mexican mole and enchilada sauces.
