Description
Hot Portugal is one of the earliest fruiting pepper varieties. After about 70 days after germination, the pods are mature. The plant produces heavy yields of hot peppers. The peppers are around 15 cm long and 2.5 cm wide. They look like the Cayenne. The wrinkled pods colour from green to red during ripening.
