Beaver Dam
An old Hungarian variety (heirloom) that was brought from Hungary to Beaver Dam in the United States in 1929 by the family Hussli. The hot peppers are crunchy and taste delicious. The peppers color from citrus green to red when ripe. It is a great pepper to stuff and is delicious on sandwiches.
