Basket of Fire

Basket of Fire is a high yielding, very ornamental plant. The plants grow rather bushy, with 30 centimeters in height and 50 centimeters in width and are perfect for pots or hanging baskets. The small hot chilies mature from deep purple through yellow and orange to bright red. The plant has a good tolerance for colder weather and will continue to fruit outside in autumn. For higher yields in cooler weather you can keep the plants in a greenhouse or the windowsill. The hot peppers can be dried or used fresh from the plant.
