Aconcagua
An Argentinian heirloom. This giant, up to 30 cm long, sweet pepper is named after South-America’s highest mountain Aconcagua. It’s very sweet and fruity in flavour and matures from green to orange to red. Plants can grow to 1 meter in height and peppers are produced in great abundance. Plants need to be supported as the fruit set is very heavy. Delicious in salads, stuffed, stir-fried or roasted and peeled. A great sweet pepper! Harvest: 70 days after repotting
