Zou-Pi
This beautiful and spiral shaped pepper originates from Southern China. While very popular in China they are fairly unknown outside China and hard to find. They are mildly hot and mostly used green in stir fries, but are also delicious in salads when ripened to red. This is the hybrid version of Zou-Pi which is a a good producer. After repotting the 7 by 2 cm peppers are in 85 days red and mature
