Thai Hot
Thai Hot originates from Thailand and gets small peppers, ideal for Asian dishes and for preparing sambals. The whole pods are also used in dishes or are grounded and mixed with herbs into boemboes. Thai Hot is a compact plant and ideal for pots. The pods are small and very hot. The green (unripe) and red (ripe) pods are often harvested at the same time and mixed together for preparing meals. The red mature chili peppers are good for drying and grinding.
