Description
Alegria Riojana is a very hot Cayenne-type chili pepper native to the La Rioja region of Spain. They are also available pickled in jars. The fresh peppers are often roasted and cut into strips with olive oil and a little salt to accompany for example potato omelet, meat, sandwiches or other dishes. Also makes a great chili powder for all kind of use.
