The Habanero Chocolate variety gets its name from its chocolate colour and is more than 50 times hotter than a Jalapeno! The pods are around 5 cm long and 2.5 cm wide. It's a high yielding variety. The Habanero has a long growing season and loves the sun. Habanero Chocolate (or Congo Black) has a unique flavour. In the Caribbean this variety is used for making BBQ sauces and marinades. A must-have for chili heads!
