Guajillo Guajillo pepper is often used in salsas and sauces in Mexico. It’s also used to make chili pastes. In Tunisia this paste is called Harissa. The Guajillo has a sweet taste and is medium hot. 25 grams
Use:- Grind to powder.- Make chili flakes to use in a chili grinder.- Soak in hot water for 15 minutes and use as fresh chillies.Scoville Units: ~ 3000
